By accessing or using PayXip ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all merchants, users, and visitors of payxip.com and its related services.
PayXip provides a one-click checkout overlay for Shopify stores, including features such as order processing, upsell management, conversion tracking, and a merchant dashboard. The Service integrates with your existing Shopify store and third-party payment gateways.
To use PayXip, you must have an active Shopify store. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You may not use PayXip to:
All content, code, designs, and trademarks associated with PayXip are owned by PayXip and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business purposes during your active subscription.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using PayXip, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.
PayXip integrates with third-party services including Shopify, payment gateways, and analytics platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of them is subject to their respective terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayXip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to PayXip in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, but we may retain certain data as required by law.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
